THRiVE Fitness classes will promote healthy weight loss, muscular strength, and cardiovascular stamina through the use of weight lifting, explosive movement, functional exercise, and balance. The class is highly engaging, fun, and centered on a strong group dynamic. Participants will be able to push themselves longer and harder, giving them a highly effective workout in just fifty minutes.
