Why join a running group?

Let’s face it, most people hate cardio. Our aim is to change that common notion through our Cardio Club. Joining a group is a great way to plug in with a like-minded group of people, receive a structured training program, and get in shape! Our cardio club offers an exciting way to get gritty, sweaty, and lose yourself in nature.  All of our cardio is done outside in an effort to get the added benefit of nature. Cardio Club Details:
  • Start Date: February 4th, 2013
  • When: Every Monday-Friday from 7:00-7:30a
  • Where: THRiVE Lobby
  • Why: Cardio is one of the most effective ways to lose weight, tighten the body, and increase overall fitness. Oh yeah, running in a group is more fun!
  • Other Fun Details: Trainers will be gathering at THRiVE’s health bar to have breakfast.  All runners are invited to stay and share in fellowship.

Running Events:

Having a goal is a great way to stay engaged with your physical practice. THRiVE keeps an event calendar of local sporting and running events. Even if you don’t currently have friends who are athletes, stop by and inquire. We usually have someone representing THRiVE in a local event who would like to make a new friend and possibly find a new training buddy.
