Three important things about THRiVE fitness classes:
- Each month we publish 6 new workouts that students repeat multiple times through the month. This helps the students see their systematic progression through the workout over the course of the month. By changing the workouts each month, students are kept engaged and are less likely to spend time battling a frustrating physical plateau.
- All classes contain high-intensity cardio intervals in order to maximize effectiveness for health and image goals while minimizing time spent in the gym.
- Dialogue is used to differentiate between the diverse goals of men and women.
