The modern world (e.g. sitting at a desk all day) can collapse the body and create stress, aches, pains, and compromise energy flow. THRiVE yoga seeks to undo the daily strain put on the body and mind through yoga sequences that focus on proper alignment and powerful postures. Our students discover vitality, body awareness, and enthusiasm through our yoga program.

The THRiVE Yoga Program delivers a diverse  line up of classes featuring Hatha, Powerful Vinyasa Flow, and Yin Yoga teachings. Each class emphasizes building both strength and alignment of major muscle groups; and also focuses on discipline of the mind and the power of the breath.

Our room is heated using FAR Infrared Heat Technology. Unlike traditional radiant heat, infrared heat technology is gentle yet highly effective.  It uses long-wave heat to penetrate the body by up to three inches for maximum utility in warming the body for stretching, detoxification, stress reduction, and weight loss. Infrared heat technology has also been used as a supplementary treatment for chronic illnesses. Check with your physician to learn how infrared heat can benefit your treatment plan.
