Powerful Vinyasa Flow:

Our Powerful Vinyasa Flow classes are designed to get your heart rate and body temperature up through periodic vinyasa sequences. As the body is warming, the instructors will take each class through a specific, systematic series of asanas (postures) that will be held to create strength, flexibility, spinal length, and maximum blood flow. After each fifty-minute class, practitioners will leave feeling less stressed, fully exerted and energized.

Traditional Hatha:

Our Traditional Hatha classes are designed for all levels of practitioners to work on alignment, balance, circulation, and injury prevention or rehabilitation. Each class will safely open the body and mind prior to taking deeper postures calculated to take each person to their unique edge as they expand the frontier of their physical practice.

Education:

At THRiVE we are very committed to educating our community. After every class, our instructors spend ten minutes answering questions from the class. We also provide regular yoga workshops, private training opportunities, and recommended reading titles to inform and deepen one’s yoga practice. Our room is heated using FAR infrared heat technology. Unlike traditional radiant heat, infrared heat technology is gentle yet highly effective. This form of heat uses long-wave heat to penetrate the body by up to three inches for maximum utility in warming the body for stretching, detoxification, stress reduction, and weight loss. Infrared heat technology has been used as a supplementary treatment for chronic illnesses. Check with your physician to learn how infrared heat can benefit your treatment plan.
